No design solution is ever imposed - exploring the design solution is a two way process involving the architect and client. Care is taken to maximize the project potential whilst working within the clients budget. Project cost estimates prepared by a Quantity Surveyor based on the resolved design are an essential part of this process.

Each project is intergrated within its environmental setting be it urban or rural and care is taken to respect sustainable issues, energy efficiency, running costs and ongoing maintenance.

A well documented contract ensures accurate pricing and quality control throughout the construction of the project. Drawings and specifications are prepared in liason with other consultants and always in consultation with the client.
